Food Kit Takoyaki

A Japanese ball-shaped snack, based on batter and traditionally filled with octopus, pickled ginger and green onion (but you can of course create your own filling): takoyaki

A food kit filled with ingredients to make the tastiest takoyaki.
You can make about 32 takoyaki balls with this kit.

The regular kit contains:

• A Takoyaki pan
• Kewpie mayonnaise
• Takoyaki sauce
• Katsuobushi (shredded fish flakes)
• Benishoga (pickled ginger)
• Aonori (finely chopped seaweed)
• Dashi powder (fish stock)
• Tenkasu (crispy tempura pieces)
• A recipe card with instructions

The vegetarian kit contains:

• A Takoyaki pan

• Okonomiyaki sauce
• Dulse flakes (seaweed flakes)
• Benishoga (pickled ginger)
• Aonori (finely chopped seaweed)
• Kombu (dried pieces of seaweed)
